Privacy policy

1. About this policy

This policy explains how Valet Simulator (Android package com.carvalet.carvalet) and this privacy policy website handle information. The developer responsible for the app can be contacted at adjiesantooso@gmail.com. It describes the current version of the game.

2. Information handled by the game

Valet Simulator automatically signs in to Firebase Authentication anonymously when a connection is available. Firebase creates a guest user ID and processes authentication tokens, account creation and sign-in timestamps, IP addresses, and user-agent or technical request information to maintain the session and prevent abuse. Anonymous means you do not provide a name, email address, password, or phone number; it does not mean no data is processed. We do not request your location, contacts, photos, or advertising identifier. The app does not include advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDKs. Gameplay remains available if sign-in fails or you are offline.

The game saves progress and preferences on your device using local application storage. These include unlocked shifts, ratings, in-game earnings, selected cars and paint, tutorial completion, difficulty, audio, graphics, accessibility, and driving-control settings. These records restore your progress and choices when you return.

3. Storage, backup, and deletion

Firebase retains the guest account until it is deleted. To delete it, open Settings → Guest account → Delete guest account while online. This deletes the Firebase authentication account and turns off automatic sign-in, while keeping local progress. You can explicitly enable a new guest account later. Clearing app storage or uninstalling removes the locally saved session but does not itself delete the server account. Before doing so, delete the guest account in the app, or use our account deletion request instructions. Firebase reports that authentication IP logs are retained for a few weeks and other authentication information is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days after deletion is initiated. The guest account does not provide cloud saves or cross-device recovery.

Local game records remain on your device until you clear the app's storage or uninstall it. To remove them, open Android Settings → Apps → Valet Simulator → Storage → Clear storage (wording may vary by device). This resets your saved progress and preferences.

Android or your device provider may back up and restore app data according to your device settings. Backups are managed by that provider under its privacy policy; we do not operate a cloud-save service or have access to your device backups. Manage or delete backups through your device or Google account settings.

4. This website

This page is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. When you visit it, Google may process technical request information, such as your IP address and browser request details, to deliver and protect the website. This is separate from playing the offline game. Google may process information in countries where it or its service providers operate.

This page does not use analytics scripts, advertising, forms, or cookies set by us. Learn more in Firebase's privacy information and Google's Privacy Policy.

5. Support messages

If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include. We use that information to respond and keep it only as needed to handle your request and related obligations. Please avoid sending sensitive information. Contact us to request deletion of support correspondence, subject to applicable retention requirements.

6. Sharing and security

We do not sell personal information or share game data with advertisers. We use Google Firebase as a service provider to process anonymous authentication information for account functionality and security. The game does not upload locally saved gameplay records. Google may process authentication data internationally under its applicable terms; see Firebase privacy and security information. Information you voluntarily send for support is handled through our email provider and may be disclosed if required by law. We take reasonable care with support correspondence; no electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

7. Children's privacy

The game has no chat or advertising and does not ask players to provide names, email addresses, or other contact details. Anonymous authentication still processes the technical and account information described above, including when a child uses the game. A parent or guardian can delete the guest account through Settings or contact us for assistance with a child's information.

8. Your choices and requests

You can play offline, delete your guest account in game Settings, delete local data through Android settings, and manage device backups through your provider. For an account deletion request outside the app, follow the account deletion instructions. Since we do not receive local game records, we cannot retrieve or delete them remotely. 9. Changes to this policy

Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. If future versions introduce online services or additional data processing, this policy will be updated to describe them.
