Delete your guest account

In the game

Connect to the internet, open Settings → Guest account → Delete guest account, and confirm. Wait for the account screen to say the guest account is off. Automatic sign-in stays off unless you enable a new guest account.

Request deletion by email

Email adjiesantooso@gmail.com with the subject “Valet Simulator account deletion”. Include the Guest ID displayed in Settings → Guest account. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens. We may ask you to verify control of the account before completing the request. If you no longer have the app, provide the Guest ID if you previously saved it; without it, we may be unable to identify an anonymous account.

What gets deleted

Deletion removes the Firebase authentication account associated with that Guest ID. The game does not upload campaign progress, so deleting the account does not erase device saves. To erase local progress, clear Valet Simulator's storage in Android settings. Uninstalling or clearing app storage does not itself delete a server account.

Authentication information is retained until deletion is initiated. Firebase reports that logged IP addresses are retained for a few weeks and other authentication information is removed from live and backup systems within 180 days after deletion is initiated. Support correspondence may be retained as needed to resolve the request or meet legal obligations. See the privacy policy.
